We are looking for an exceptional Group Director to lead a key AOR account where ideas and work will span all communication channels from traditional to digital to social. This role is an executive level position responsible for building and growing relationships with a marketing savvy, risk-taking client; delivering strategic cross-platform solutions; ensuring proper alignment of resources and fiscal responsibility for overall account health. This person must be a strong team leader, mentor and motivating force.
The Group Account Director must be engaged and passionate about delivering outstanding work, staying on top of the latest emerging trends/technologies and helping clients “navigate where there are no roads” strategically and creatively.
10+ years as brand steward and business partner to senior-level Fortune 500 clients
Actively manage the work across multiple agency teams – willing and able to roll up sleeves and dive in if necessary
Proven success developing relationships with results-oriented, executive-level marketers looking to redefine how they go to market
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to engage with clients in real-time to problem solve, make recommendations and sell through new ideas
Partner and counselor to creative teams (digital and traditional) to help them develop better work
