We are looking for an exceptional Analyst to join our Insights and Planning team. This role requires a person to have strong attention to detail in order to organize and maintain diverse datasets and the curiosity necessary to glean insights from them.
Critical to success is ensuring delivery of actionable insights from methodologies including social listening, qualitative and quantitative research and many sources of secondary research.
We’re looking for someone who knows it’s not enough to just find out the interesting stuff (let’s be honest, almost anyone can find good information some of the time), but knows that what matters are the right questions going in and the right frame for the story coming out.
Because digital is a ubiquitous connective tissue (linking real-world and online experiences) the I & P department’s insights pervade the entire consumer journey. Whether it is utilizing the world’s largest focus group through social listening, understanding consumer behavior through ethnographies or helping figure out a brand’s social ROI, 360i offers strategic direction to answer business questions that clients can’t get anywhere else. We are experts at connecting with consumers in new ways – and are often the first to do it.
The ideal candidate must be hands-on, a superb communicator and have experience working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. A passion for quality, an eye for detail and the hunger to push the boundaries on what’s new and possible in understanding consumer behavior in today’s dynamic landscape are required.
Passion for innovation, creative problem solving and strategic thinking
2+ experience investigating consumer behavior/attitudes via primary and secondary research methodologies, optimally including at least 1 year experience in digital
Experience managing, training and motivating research analysts and interns
Skilled in running complex research projects that require data inputs from multiple sources
Able to weave data/insights into stories
Well versed in syndicated research
Proven experience in managing quantitative and qualitative research from scoping to presentation of results
Confident and compelling in presenting work both internally and to clients
Ability to operate cross functionally – Ability to work collaboratively and lead as necessary with Strategy, Account and other internal teams
You are an independent, self-starter who loves running with things while keeping others in the loop
Excellent written and in-person communication skills
