Daily executive support inclusive of calendar management, complex and detailed travel coordination, processing expense reports, editing and formatting of business and marketing documents
Coordinate, schedule and prep for all meetings including agendas, travel, materials, conference room booking and/or conference call set up
Coordinate team events, meetings and outings
Be proactive, able to think ahead to anticipate needs and requests of executive team
Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Organize events with outside vendors and partners
Understand 360i’s business and how your teams’ priorities fit into larger agency and client business goals
Assist with onboarding of new employees
Represent the executives well in business matters
Minimum 1 – 2 years professional experience in an office environment
Outstanding organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple responsibilities and priorities with extreme attention to detail
Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and follow through
Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to problem-solve, make solid business decisions and anticipate needs of executives and act accordingly
High degree of professional independence and self-discipline
Good judgment and discretion
Strong rapport builder across all levels of the agency and client organizations
Strong Microsoft Office computer skills. Experience in Keynote (or ability to learn) is preferred.
Must be flexible to work overtime if necessary
A passion for the Communications industry is strongly preferred
Willingness to undertake any relevant training
